Galway Bay fm newsroom - UHG is the country's second-most overcrowded hospital for second day in a row as 44 patients are without a bed.

Cork University Hospital is the worst affected with 67 people awaiting beds, according to the INMO.

There are 493 patients being treated on trolleys at hospitals across the country.

That's down from 521 yesterday.
