Galway Bay fm newsroom - Parts of the Spiddal and Furbo area are experiencing disruption to their water supply.
It's due to a burst watermain on the Spiddal to Furbo road.
Irish Water and county crews are on site carrying out repair works.
It's hoped supply will be restored by 3pm.
