Galway Bay fm newsroom - 45 new jobs are being created in Galway at a technology start-up company.

Joulica is planning to expand its operations in Galway over the next three years.

The announcement was made today at Joulica's headquarters at NUI Galway by Minister for Business and Enterprise, Heather Humphreys.

The company was set up in 2016 at the Business Innovation Centre at the NUI Galway campus and currently employs 25 staff.

It develops solutions which aim to unlock insights from real-time data streams in a bid to accelerate decision making.
