Galway Bay fm newsroom - Bank of Ireland are planning to upgrade their branches in Mountbellew and Oranmore this year.

The Galway branches are 2 of the 18 nationwide to benefit from the 11 and a half million euro investment.

The planned network upgrading will include refurbishments and enhancements, upgrading of branch services and ongoing maintenance works.

Bank of Ireland also plan to install energy efficient LED lighting in its 169 branches nationwide, including its 14 Galway branches.
