The Galway Indian community is gearing up to celebrate its 18th Diwali, the Festival of Lights this weekend
Diwali is an important holiday in the Hindu calendar - symbolising the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.
The ticketed event will take place this Saturday from 5pm at the Ardilaun Hotel in the city.
