LeisureLand member applauded after 1 million meter swim

Galway Bay fm newsroom - LeisureLand Salthill member, James Brennan, is being applauded for his achievement of swimming 1 million meters.

The distance, which took one year, is roughly the same as swimming from Galway to Amsterdam.

Mr Brennan is also known for competing for his home swimming club in Claremorris, County Mayo.

James tells us what it was like training for such a task
