Man arrested after €100,000 drugs seized in An Spidéal

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A man has been arrested after Gardaí discovered over €100,000 worth of drugs in An Spidéal.

Gardaí seized cocaine worth €105,000 and more than €7 thousand in cash after a planned search at a residence in the area yesterday evening.

A 50-year-old male was arrested and is currently being detained at a Garda Station in County Galway.

He can be held for up to seven days, and Gardaí says investigations are ongoing.
