Galway Bay fm newsroom - Ten horses have been seized along the N84 Headford Road.

An operation was carried out this week by the Department of Agriculture, Gardaí, and local voluntary organisations.

It follows long-running issues with loose animals wandering on the road - including a recent collision which saw a pony killed and a car destroyed.
