Plans for playschool in Clifden rejected by county planners

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans for a new playschool and childcare in Clifden have been rejected by county planners.

The project, led by Clifden Community Play-school LTD, would have seen a facility built beside Scoil Mhuire.

The building would have had a total floor space of 166 square metres

County planners have now rejected the application on a number of grounds.
