Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Tourism Minister believes Roderic O'Gorman has correctly negotiated the mother and baby home redress scheme.

Catherine Martin's comments follow harsh criticism from the opposition on the scheme.

40 percent of survivors have been excluded from the scheme, as they spent less than six months in mother and baby homes.
